Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for achieving sales quotas through the direct sale of the company's products or services. Implement sales strategies to attain sales volume, product mix and profit objectives.

2) Calls on prospective customers, delivers effective sales presentations, provides technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and quotes appropriate customer prices.

3) Monitors sales against forecasts and participates in the determination of market potential for the territory.

4) Works closely with clinical specialist/manager, customer service and operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

5) Actively listen to customer ideas and needs, and provide timely feedback under minimum supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Able to seek and probe sales opportunities according to the needs of customers
  • Candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, as well as negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Position requires ability to analyze and interpret data for effective sales strategies.
  • Must have good organization and time management skills. Ability to understand and adapt to customers' changing needs. Demonstrates business knowledge.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of working experiences in sales function.
  • Healthcare/pharmaceutical/Medical Devices industry experience is preferable.
